TD was an AMAZING help. Beez was able to get TD out within an hour and was so helpful in getting me sorted. Lots of anxiety with my first plumbing issue as a homeowner. He was great on the job and provided awesome feedback and tips for my home and provided expert guidance for the next steps in getting my plumbing in tip top shape. 10/10 great experience.

I decided to use Bee’s Plumbing after seeing the rave reviews online. Boy, they were not exaggerating! I had my hot water heater spring a leak which flooded parts of my Sewing/Laundry room. I have a home warranty company who I called and they set me up with a plumber company. The soonest they could get me scheduled was Wednesday. Since that day I was booked it became Thursday. They also said I probably wouldn’t get my hot water heater that day. But I made the appointment. I then when I went online their reviews were horrible. So I looked for Best reviews and Bee’s Plumbing was right up there. I called them late on Friday and they sent Andrey out on Saturday. He arrived on time, super pleasant to work with. Agreed that I needed a new Hot Water heater, gave me three different styles and price ranges to choose from. Once decided he installed it on his own. He then explained what he had done, how it worked, and the safety features installed. Andrey asked if I had set up a remediation company yet? I said no since I had been having a tough time getting ahold of my home owner’s company. He offered that Bee’s connect with the Remediation company and then that company would be able to talk the Home owner’s company. I said Yes, Thank you and with in a hour I had a phone call and Sean from the company came out that night. THANK YOU BEE’S PLUMBING for the Excellent work by Andrey and your help in this mess!! PS: I will be calling you next time I need a plumber.

Jordan H. was an absolute expert when installing our toilets and shower heads. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable as first time homebuyers. He informed us of the process, was transparent when answering questions, and ensured outstanding cleanliness during installation. He even went out of his way to make the installation areas look cleaner than they were before. I’ll definitely continue to use their services for my home, and would recommend them and especially Jordan H. to anyone.

I had an issue with low hot water flow on the first floor, affecting both the kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Bee's Plumbing and Heating sent a technician the same day, and they arrived right on time. Mike was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the issue. He also took the time to patiently explain the root cause and gave me tips on how to prevent it from happening again in the future. I also really appreciated that they waived the technician visit fee, which showed great customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend Bee's Plumbing and Heating for their fast response, honesty, and excellent service. They will definitely be my first call for any plumbing needs at both my home and rental property.

May 30, 2026 UPDATE - High marks to Plumbers Diego and Hector who installed a pressure reducing valve for our condo unit this morning. We continue to be greatly impressed by Bee's Plumbing's excellent customer service and the skilled and caring plumbers who have serviced our condo. We were equally impressed by the receptionist who called us before our plumbers visit to make sure that Bee's had completely responded to our plumbing needs (they most definitely had - in fact, our plumbers, Diego and Hector - went above and beyond the call of service). Highly recommend Bee's Plumbing and Heating. Highly Recommend. My wife and I are always completely impressed by the expertise and outstanding customer service provided by the plumbers at Bee's Plumbing and Heating. Today, we called Bee's to book a repair of a water leak that we discovered under our kitchen cabinet. High marks go to the excellent receptionist who took my call - she listened to my concern and booked a plumber to analyze the plumbing problem this very day! Plumber Diego and Membership Services Manager Cameron promptly arrived and evaluated the problem. We were so impressed by today's repair as well as previous repairs by Bee's Plumbers that we signed up for the Bee's Club Membership. Kudos to the excellent service provided by Diego and Cameron.

Prompt response, we received a photo and bio of our plumber before he arrived. Mike and Alec were great! They explained the process to us from beginning to end, and resolved our issue in a timely manner…even taking the time to clean under the sink and floor afterward. We plan to continue teaching out to Bee’s for any future plumbing needs.

Working with Josh P was a pleasure. During a stressful family emergency he continued to be kind and professional with me during an emergency situation where I was trying to visit and manage a sick relative in the hospital. He was communicative and returned my calls when he said he would and I would enjoy working with him again. Our experience with Bee's Plumbing was frustrating. We had two pipe leaks — the first was straightforward, TD did a nice job and was responsive. However, the second leak was extremely badly managed. The costs kept ballooning with each visit — and when we questioned why the second dig was billed at nearly 7x the first for comparable work ($2,100 vs. $350), their manager acknowledged the first repair had been underpriced and charged us "book price" the second time around. That's not something a customer should absorb without any warning. Their proposed plan for the main line replacement came with no guarantees, no confidence, and a warning that our garden could be severely impacted. On top of that, they couldn't provide temporary water during the week-long repair — meaning we'd have had to leave our home the entire time. When we got a second opinion, the other plumber came in with a clear trenchless plan, a fair fixed quote, got water running to our house on day 1, and left our garden completely untouched. Night and day difference. Unpredictable pricing, lack of experience on a complex job, and a plan we couldn't trust.

Blake and team did an amazing job to perform a diagnosis on my water heater then installed a new water heater for my home - all in the same day! I was very impressed with the quality of work. Thank you for all the wonderful work done!

Just had Luke and Baker of Bee's Plumbing and Heating come out to replace an ancient corroded lead toilet drain pipe in a 1911 home. These guys were magicians and able to do the fitting while preserving the structural integrity of the old joists. Both were professional, polite, and considerate. Gentlemen plumbers of the highest order!

My kitchen was not dispensing water and I tried everything I know to correct the problem So I finally called Bee’s Plumbing Today Audrey came and check it and to find out it was my battery replacement which I did not do it right I was not charged for the visit and this young man was very professional Thank you again Excellent customer service

Knowledgable technician. Expensive , but they are all very expensive. He had to do some special stuff to get the dishwasher installed. Nice guy. Said we are now hooked up with BEEs, and if we need their service again, or any problem with this installation, call BEEs and he will be the one coming out.
