For the initial estimate, they spent time to take pictures and document the full current state, and offered three scenarios for what it might cost, each of which was competitive relative to other quotes I received. Scheduling the work was easy, and the team worked non-stop while at the house to re-pipe, install a new water heater, and repair my water lines. They were communicative throughout the process. Five stars for Diego did a phenomenal job on my house!

Another great experience with Bee’s. Isaac was punctual, polite, and thorough. I had a few things to address at my house and he offered a range of solutions for each one. Quickly diagnosed and repaired a faulty outdoor faucet and provided a solution for an indoor repair that I’ll be moving forward with.

Great, hardworking technicians! Came out on a Sunday because I had an emergency pipe failure. He did an awesome job, was friendly and professional.

The quality of service calls are terrible. I made the appoint for a particular day and they gave me a window from 8a-5p. They made me wait all day and called me at 445p to tell me that couldn't come. No calls during that time tell me that are still busy at another customer. They made another appointment for the next day between 8a-12p, but stiil didn't get a call until I called them and they said they are working on it and would be late still not giving us a call to let us know. This is terrible making customer wait like this. I would not recommend them at all!!

This is my second time having Bee's at my home for plumbing work. Diego and Hector were working this visit and were very clean, friendly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them if you need any work done.

Bee's Plumbing had a team at the house in less than two hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave a quote. They were able to repair and clean everything up in less than an hour and a half. I highly recommend.

Andrey was courteous and quick. He came with all materials and replaced my heater in about 2.5 hours. Bee plumbing were prompt to respond and managed to help me the same day. Their price was on the upper side but for replacing all pipes, tanks it seems like a fair price including labor.

Diego was very professional... along with his assistant... discussing all problems along the way .. found solutions and installed ...cleaned up and hauled away all old parts ..price was what was quoted ...

Bee’s plumbing was willing to come to our 101 year old house to evaluate a leak from our tub faucet and water coming out of the tub faucet when it was switched to the faucet (diverter issue). This is considered a small job. I had called three other plumbing companies, two of which told me they were too busy for such a small job and another that didn’t even call me back. Bee’s plumber took the time to come take a look and and work with me to come up with the least invasive solution so that we could afford to fix the problem. It was still expensive, but it seems all home repairs are these days. Bee’s also has good systems in place for communicating when the plumber will arrive in 30-60 minutes. So you’re not just stuck at home for a long chunk of time. They sent reminder emails and texts about the appointment and followed up. I am impressed and would call them again if needed!

Excellent service! The plumber did a fantastic job unclogging my sink and got everything working perfectly again. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I really appreciate the quick and quality service. Highly recommend!
