The service rep, Tear, was great start to finish especially as the finish took longer than originally expected.

I had a hose bibb leaking into my basement. They had a plumber out at my house within 2 hours after I called and found the leak and got a new hose Bibb installed within an hour. My plumber, Jordan, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They had a cut a hole in my wall to access it and were super clean

Be warned. I just discocwred when attempting to have my tub fixed that Bee's Plumbing is no longer a locally owned and operated business. They were recently bought out by corporate conglomerate Blackstone. They will lure you in with a new 'free special' to look at your problem and then send some random contractor person with virtually no actual plumbing experience. Please support real local businesses struggling to survive against these corporate profiteers eating everything in sight and then using cheap, inexperienced labor and regulating prices to THEIR best profits. Always ASK if a business is actually locally owned and operated up front. I should have and did not, only to realize the whole call center & auto texts type way my appt was handled, and the inexperienced of the scheduled plumber were big red flags. Photo just to show that yes, I really was a customer needing my tub fixed.
