I had a very good experience with the plumber that was sent out to my house, from Bee’s Plumbing. He was very capable and explained the specifics to me and put in a new toilet for me. He knew what he was doing. He kept the whole area clean and was very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Bee’s plumbing.

Fast, decent priced, and super helpful fixing my busted pipe in a tough spot to get to.

Jacob and Andreas helped guide me through every aspect of replacing my 13 year old tankless water heater. Their work is outstanding, Communication/answering questions was exactly what I'd want. One last note, I'll forever trust Bee's since these guys actually lowered the price from the agreed upon estimate after the work was under way because they discovered some of the expected work wasn't actually required - its so rare to find honest pros - bravo Jacob and Andreas.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Bee’s Plumbing answered my call quickly and had Sam Sr and Michael out in 2 hours. Pretty impressive. The other plumber I called never called me back. They determined that the sprayer was leaking. As we couldn’t determine the brand of the old existing faucet for replacement parts, we went with a new faucet. They had a replacement faucet on their truck. They were able to swap it out quickly and took a look at all of our other plumbing systems. I got them to tighten up a bathroom faucet that was loose. We were happy with the repair. They are probably not the most affordable option out there. If you want to save money, you would have to put more effort into buying the parts yourself and finding an installer. For a quick full service company, they did a good job.

I’ve used Bee’s several times and they are great to work with! The office staff are responsive and informative. Sam Jr was knowledgeable, careful, and kept me updated on the installation process. I recommend Bee’s to my family and friends.

I cannot say enough of how wonderful the staff are at Bee's Plumbing. Exceptional!! From start to finish - seamless. Luke was great! He knew exactly how to install an undermount sink which btw- is very difficult to find any Plumber in Seattle who can do it. Thank you!! Highly recommend!

Andy was right on time and knew where to get the parts.

I needed to replace the evaporator thermistor in my hybrid water heater and was deterred by all the YouTube videos I watched. Josh helped me replace it in a fraction of the time I would’ve spent fumbling around. Josh was super friendly and helpfully explained what he was doing. Would gladly hire him again. Thanks, Josh!

Update: Ok so Bees sent a company (Total Restore) out to demo, treat the damage, and do the restoration. Great! They did the first two items on the list in the last week. Awesome! Only now my kitchen is torn apart, and I was informed today that the restoration company has a backlog on the restoration of over a month and that I have to contract my own restoration company if I want it done sooner. I've contacted Bees and am waiting for a call back, yet again. I'd like to provide some feedback to Bees: I have made a total of 4 calls to your company over the last several weeks. Your customer service staff has always been friendly and concerned about resolving this issue. I leave the calls feeling like this issue will get handled. However, every time I have been told that a manager will contact me. This has not happened once. Not one phone call from someone in charge to reach out to me, to apologize, let me know what the plan is, what to expect, what the timeline is. I'm honestly fine with a phone call that says "we don't know but we're working on it. We'll call you on this day with more information." I don't understand why no one has reached out to me for a 5 minute phone call to let me know I'm not being ignored, in over a month. That needs to change.

I needed to find the main water shut off, replace the water heater, add a PRV and replace some piping in our house that we recently bought. Sam and Ian were very professional, courteous. As a new homeowner Sam explained everything to me thoroughly. I would highly recommend Bee’s after the experience we had. Thank you.

The dispatcher was so friendly & easy to work with. The plumbing tech they sent (E.) was so helpful & even help me clean up the mess under the refrigerator. PLUS putting away the dolly & shop for me! I would highly recommend them plus I have been telling all my friends about your service.

Exceptional customer service from initial contact through project completion. We’ve used them four times—first for toilet installations, a second to replace two aging outdoor hose bibs, a third for a crawl space water heater, and now for bathtub replacement. Each time, the employees were professional, work was done efficiently and with attention to detail, especially in minimizing wall damage to reach the pipes. We couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend!

They arrived very early within the window. They quoted a fair price for the issues. The techs were excellent and cleaned up/vacuumed after.

Jacob from Bee's came to help me today to see if he could repair my 1940's shower flow/mixture cartridge in the handle. He was very professional and kind. He was very clear about what possible outcomes could be. In the end, I did not need a repair or replacement....and Bee's did not even charge me a consultation fee due to a special they are currently having. That type of free consult or quick fix is very similar to a Les Schwab experience. Do the right thing, and you know the customer will come back next time for future issues. I appreciate them SO MUCH. I was very anxious about cost. I'm a very loyal customer, and those kinds of experiences create trust and loyalty. Thank you, Bee's!!!!
