Sean and TD (Tear D.) came out to our house after our old water heater started leaking. TD came out first to assess where the leak was coming from and was incredibly helpful in explaining the situation, walking us through the next steps, and giving us great advice after the leak had caused some flooding. Sean then came out to install the new water heater and did an excellent job. Both of them were friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I highly recommend Bees Plumbing!

They showed up quickly when we thought there was a bigger problem than there was. Upon inspection, they assessed another problem which needed repair. They returned the next day to complete the whole project(installation of a pressure regulator, water heater expansion tank and the repair of a cracked tub drain) and did so in a reasonable timeframe. Along the way, Bee’s sent texts and emails to inform of their arrival time. I recommend Bee’s and had a good experience.

Good communication about arrival time. Arrived on time. Good discussion about work required, options available, and pricing for all. Work was done professionally and in a timely manner. I would use Bee’s again( this is the second time I’ve used them).

Our kitchen faucet was coming loose from the sink. I checked the internet for local plumbers. I ended up calling Bee's Plumbing as U had chatted with one of their employees in the recent past. As this wasn't an emergency, the dispslatcher said it would be today or tomorrow before a plumber would be sent. He was sent today. Sean called and arrived early afternoon and looked at the repair. He presented us three options and solid estimates. We chose the middle one and then decided to also ask about a toilet replacement. Again, Sean presented us options and we agreed to one He gave us. As he didn't have the toilet on his repair truck, Bee's dispatched an employee with a new toilet. Sean was very professional in his work, answering questions as he proceeded with the work. He mentioned a couple of things that needed replacing due to their aging. We agreed to have them replaced. When Sean presented the invoice, it was exactly as he stated. At no time did he try to "upsell" items were didn't need, unlike other plumbing firms in this area that are heavy TV advertisers. I would recommend Bee's Plumbing to anyone that ask! Thank you, Sean!
