Huge thanks to TD from Bee’s for resolving a bathroom leak last week. He arrived promptly for the water damage call and performed a thorough diagnostic to find the source. TD’s technical explanation was clear, and he executed the repair with impressive efficiency. Bee’s continues to be my go-to for reliable service—highly recommend TD for his expertise and professionalism.

April 2026: HUGE shoutout to TD (Tear D) for his work on a leak in our bathroom! Bee's remains the greatest! TD was dispatched for wet drywall in our bathroom, he quickly diagnosed the problem and solved the problem like a pro! The part that particularly impressed me was going above and beyond to ensure the issue didn't happen again and comprehensive and clean demolition that saved us a ton of money on restoration work! Huge shout out to Trent and Caleb for coming out today to solve a leak in our hot water system! They're truly wonderful to work with! Bee's continues to impress and over-deliver each job they complete! I hope you don't need to hire a plumber for a problem, but if you do you're in amazing hands with Bee's!! Cannot recommend Bee's Plumbing higher! Today Tate and Eric came to our house to assess a leak in our kitchen. Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly and provide a fair and transparent quote to resolve, but they were top notch in educating us on our plumbing system and house. The team was quick to respond, top tier communication, and the service was absolutely exceptional. We had used a previous plumber in the past, but Bee's earned our lifetime business as long as we live within their service area! My only wish is that we used them on our last two jobs. Thank you for your wonderful service to our community!

Had a great experience with Bee’s Plumbing. Trent came out to replace our water heater and also helped with a small leak under the house. He found a minor drip in the main drain line and took care of it during the same visit, which I really appreciated. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how everything works so I actually understood what was going on. He also honored a price match, which made the whole experience feel fair and straightforward. Overall, really solid service and I’d call them again.

I don’t normally leave reviews because I believe most businesses are doing their best, but my experience with this company was disappointing. My wife received a call from our friends who were renting our home that the basement was flooding because the sump pump had stopped working. We contacted Bee’s for an after-hours service call to replace the pump and were told there would be a $200 after-hours charge, which we accepted. Having replaced the same pump myself at this property before, I knew the unit typically costs around $200–$400. The technician was on site for about an hour, and the work itself is fairly straightforward. Based on that, I would have expected the total cost to be somewhere in the range of $500–$800, including parts, labor, and the after-hours fee. Instead, we were charged $2,200 for a job that any reasonably handy person with a flathead screwdriver and rubber boots could likely complete. Over the past month, I have called five times requesting an itemized receipt, but I still have not received one. The only response I’ve gotten is that someone would “reach out to the Service Manager.” In my experience, when a company refuses to provide a detailed invoice, it usually raises questions about how the charges were calculated. I’m not sure whether the pricing was based on my wife’s lack of familiarity with the work or an assumption that landlords would simply pay the bill without asking questions. Either way, I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you already know the work being performed and have a good understanding of what it should cost.

I recently used Bee’s Plumbing and Heating for a clogged washing machine drain and a toilet issue. I’ve used them in the past and remembered them being a tad at the high end but it felt reasonable for what was done. This time I felt like the price was pretty out of balance for the work. The technician snaked the washing machine standpipe and trap, and also pulled and reset the toilet to clear a stoppage. The total time on site was about 1.5 hours. The total cost for this work came to $1,608, which I did agree to, but after considering what was actually done, just seems insane. No invoice was sent to my email (yes I checked my spam)I had to call at end of day to get a line item invoice which did not clear anything up. There was no main line work, hydro jetting, or camera inspection involved, just the services described above. I’ve since reached out to the company to better understand the pricing and am waiting to hear back. If I don’t hear back, I’ll just leave this here so others can be more prepared for such a high flat rate for snaking a drain.

Bees did a great job removing 3 old toilets and installing new ones I'd purchased myself. Their quote, after some brief negotiation, was on par if not better than others I'd received. And the final amount actually came in slightly under what I'd expected which was a pleasant surprise. They ran into one issue and came up with a cost-saving solution without blinking an eye. The guys were personable, communicated clearly. This is the 4th plumbing company I've worked with since purchasing my home 5 yrs ago and the first one I'll call again and recommend to friends. Thank you!!

I had an excellent experience with Bee's Plumbing and Heating. Josh was my installer, and he did a fantastic job replacing my old Rheem tankless water heater with a new Navien system. From start to finish, Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the installation was done right, and left the area clean when he was finished. You can tell he takes pride in his work. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the new system works perfectly. I really appreciated the prompt service and attention to detail. Highly recommend Bee’s Plumbing and Heating—especially Josh—if you need water heater work done! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just had Bee’s plumbing change out one spigot and repair another, had their service man Sean who was wonderful to work with. Sean arrived between the hours designated and was very professional and pleasant and did a great job on replacing and repairing our spigots. With having a positive experience I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
