My kitchen was not dispensing water and I tried everything I know to correct the problem So I finally called Bee’s Plumbing Today Audrey came and check it and to find out it was my battery replacement which I did not do it right I was not charged for the visit and this young man was very professional Thank you again Excellent customer service

Knowledgable technician. Expensive , but they are all very expensive. He had to do some special stuff to get the dishwasher installed. Nice guy. Said we are now hooked up with BEEs, and if we need their service again, or any problem with this installation, call BEEs and he will be the one coming out.

Had a new propane/gas convertible BBQ grill that I needed to have a plumber come out and well...convert. It comes usable with a propane tank, but if you want to use it with natural gas, you have to have a plumber hook it up to a gas line. The job was straightforward because the gas line coming out of the wall to the backyard was already there, and the grill came with all the parts to hook it up (basically, a hose). Just a matter of connecting the two. So, we called Bee's. The guys who came over told me they would have to take apart the entire grill in order to convert it, and that it would cost $500 (did the fact that it was a couple days before the July 4th weekend have anything to do with their pricing? No way to know. (This was in 2022). Anyway, we said "no thank you." Fox Plumbing came the next day and did it in an hour for $140.

Simply the best I have ever dealt with. Reasonable prices. They really put the service in customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Plumbing issues suck. We all have them now and then. We got outstanding service at a reasonable price from Bee's Plumbing. Seriously, it's a holiday weekend. None of that double charge cr**. They really try to give same day service. The guy had to come back twice to finish the job and rolled the 2 visits into one for a cheaper charge. Had a flood caused by a malfunctioning dishwasher. I couldn’t even get through the AI auto response at any of the other local plumbing companies. I decided to give Bee’s a shot (since they seem to enjoy a great reputation AND are a woman owned company). I actually got a live person when I called Bee’s and got a plumber out to my home in 2 hours. Andrey was polite, professional and diagnosed the problem. I would definitely use Bee’s Plumbing again AND would also recommend them to anyone.

Braden and Brad were great! They came late on a Friday evening with super positive vibes and thoroughly fixed our plumbing issue.They really saved the day!

Highly Recommend. My wife and I are always completely impressed by the expertise and outstanding customer service provided by the plumbers at Bee's Plumbing and Heating. Today, we called Bee's to book a repair of a water leak that we discovered under our kitchen cabinet. High marks go to the excellent receptionist who took my call - she listened to my concern and booked a plumber to analyze the plumbing problem this very day! Plumber Diego and Membership Services Manager Cameron promptly arrived and evaluated the problem. We were so impressed by today's repair as well as previous repairs by Bee's Plumbers that we signed up for the Bee's Club Membership. Kudos to the excellent service provided by Diego and Cameron.

TLDR: I highly recommend Bee's Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Specifically, I have had great experiences with Josh G and Nate (as a team) and Diego. On April 15, 2025, Josh G and Nate came to my house to repair a leaky bath faucet and shower head. Josh and Nate were both polite and professional. They troubleshooted the problem and quickly identified the issue. Additionally, they found that the water pressure was well above code (running 115 psi instead of the max of 80 psi). They completed the job and took great care of our house, leaving it clean and looking better than they found it. Further, they re-caulked the bathroom sink (as it was in poor condition). The sink looks great! For a professional job with skilled work, I recommend Josh and Nate for your next plumbing job. I had them back the following week to install a regulator to lower the pressure down to code. It was a clean job and now we don’t have to worry about our dishwasher gasket failing again due to too high water pressure. Given their service, I had Bee’s come again on May 22, 2026 for a pesky clog beyond the trap in our bathroom sink. Diego was my technician. He was both skilled and courteous. He quickly resolved the problem using a snake, showing me how to fix it for next time. The price was again fair. He left with a working sink drain and a clean bathroom. He also helped me troubleshoot a drain plug sealing issue. Bee’s has now repeatedly demonstrated their people are top notch, resolving multiple issues for us these past couple years. I will come back to Bee’s for my future plumbing needs!

Very impressed with the quality and speed of service. They had someone out to my home within an hour of the initial call and the plumber was both courteous and very competent. They did a great job and I’d recommend them without hesitation.

My appointment had to be rescheduled a few times, once because I wasn't feeling well, the others due to scheduling and staffing issues at Bee's. However, my work was done today by Jordan and Tony and I was impressed by not only how quickly the job was completed but by how great of a job they did. Would highly recommend Bee's Plumbing to anyone.

We called Bee's plumbing and heating to check on our water heater, which wasn't up to code, and our outdoor faucet, which didn't turn on. They replaced several pipes and brought my water heater fully up to code. Mike and Alec did a great job, they explained all of the changes they made very well. They went the extra mile to not just do the job, but do the job right! Bee's plumbing offers a good value for the money and I very much enjoyed working with them.

Bee’s plumbing is a very professional organization with exceptional customer service. We called them to assess replacing some outdated plumbing valves and they were able to get a team out the same day. Once the techs identified that the issue required the water supply to be shut off to our multi family building to complete the work they were quick to get us scheduled for an appointment a few days later. Our tech, Jordan, and his associate were professional, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and completed the repair work in a timely manner. We will use Bee’s Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs and will ask for Jordan and his team again.

Beware. They are not professional leak detection company but a sales first. They can not give you an estimate on a water line leak detection( that is pretty standard with a nitrogen test). Rather will make you feel that they are coming for free estimate but that is a trap. They quoted me 1800 to detect a leak from water meter to a 200ft long line till my main hose. I said no then they immideatly came down to 1300 and that was a straight no regardless. i get this done for 500$ from a very professional company people called American Leak detect.

I contacted Bee's Plumbing requesting estimates for a toilet repair vs a new toilet install. I was given an appointment window of 8 AM to 5 PM via both text message and email. The messages clearly stated the day of the week and date. The appointment window was ridiculously broad, but I stayed home all day waiting for the Bee's employee to arrive. No one ever showed up and I never received any communication explaining why. When I woke up at 8:45 AM the next morning, I had a text message and email sent from Bee's at 7:20 AM stating a technician was on his way to my home. I don't know if the technician actually arrived because I did not hear a door knock or door bell ring, and there was no business card on my door advising of a missed house call. Terrible customer service and communication.
