Our garbage disposal stopped working and we found a small pool of water in under the sink cabinet that was causing the switch to short. We were set to fly to Japan the next day and didn't want to leave the leak unattended to, so I called Bee's and they were able to send someone out that day. Doc was able to diagnose that our Instant Hot water tank was leaking-- and that it was unfortunately out of warranty. He presented us with no-pressure options for new and refurbished models, and then uninstalled our tank to mitigate the leak until we were ready to move forward with a replacement. Fast forward to this summer, when we found yet another leak under the sink... Called Bee's, they sent someone out again the next day (and on a Sunday afternoon!), and I open the door to see Doc again : ) Turns out that our p-trap had simply become a bit lose *smacks head*... Doc was patient in showing my husband what the issue was, and despite it being a (very) simple thing to fix, he checked and then double/triple checked to make sure that the work was done correctly. Thank you Doc, for your professionalism, your exemplary customer service, and your kindness! While we hope we don't have to call you or Bee's Plumbing again anytime soon, we are always glad to have you over to our home.

Friday night. Guess what? Household tankless water heater stops working. Stops cold....literally! Now it's getting a plumber on the weekend. Geez. I've got all the luck! Texted a previous plumber I liked but by Saturday mid-morning no answer. Started looking at the manufacturer authorized service providers that "do weekends". Settled on trying Bee's Plumbing. Called. Got a super helpful and kind dispatcher (Jasmine). Her message: we're here to help you. Requested a service call. Service technician (Josh P.) showed up at noon. Diagnosed and fixed issue with my 16+ year-old water heating unit in a half-hour or less. Oh, and by the way, did I mention that Jasmine (and Josh) assured me the home visit was free?! 'Tis true. My conclusions: -->Bee's Plumbing and Heating hires top-notch staff starting with customer-facing dispatchers and in-home repair personnel. -->Bee's Plumbing and Heating hires and retains highly skilled and knowledgeable in-home repair personnel (Josh P.) -->Bee's Plumbing and Heating hires and retains personnel who have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Jasmine and Josh P.) -->Bee's Plumbing and Heating will not only repair your issue but will stand by their workmanship and offer excellent customer service. I did end up deciding to buy a new unit to replace my 16+ year-old unit. Josh was there to answer every single detailed question I posed and I asked a lot of 'em. He was patient, thorough, a great listener.....all the time interested in the best solution for this house looking forward. Did he make a sale on this visit, you may ask? Well, yes, he did. But he gave me time during his visit for me to think it over, and I've spent much more time since the appointment thinking it over, and it was the right decision. I let them know I was not happy and asked: "If I am paying for the upper end prices, shouldn't I get upper end service. I will be amazed if your team is done tomorrow. I think you need to send additional help. These two young men have been working their a##es off and no one helping. The supervisor who has only stood outside the house and not lifted a finger to help or get help is the problem." The floors were not protected until after I asked even though it was in the estimate that they would put down drop clothes to protect the floors. They put down only black plastic on top of the mess that was already there. Still today, I have not heard back from the supervisor or owner. They did clean the garage and some of the upstairs that never received any protection. I am glad I do not have any carpeting in the house. Otherwise, the carpet could have needed replacing. Once

I had Bee's come by to quote/do a drain snake and got a shockingly high series of quotes raging from $591 to $2,700. I declined that nonsense immediately and sent them on their way. I then had another plumber do the work for under $100 (and they were exceptional). Now, days later, Bee's is sending me all of these quotes as invoices, each saying "Please find your invoice [various numbers, redacted] from Bee's Plumbing and Heating attached below! For your convenience, you can now make a payment by clicking the link below!" That's shady as hell. Asking to be paid several times for work you didn't do speaks volumes to the way these people operate. Avoid Bee's like the plague.

We had some plumbing issues and Bee's showed up very promptly and did a great job. The two plumbers, Noah and Sam Sr. were the nicest guys and really went above and beyond. I highly recommend this small business!

I highly recommend Josh Pattek at Bee’s Plumbing and Heating. We had a leak behind the wall, and before opening the drywall, Josh spent quite a bit of time checking and measuring both inside and outside the house. He was careful and did not rush. He opened the wall in the right place and found the leak on the first try. Josh also came back to help with the repair. He also serviced our tankless water heater and did a very careful job. He gave us a detailed report and showed us many before-and-after photos of the work. He had hurt his knee before the appointment, but he still came and finished the work for us. We really appreciated that. He is experienced, responsible, and easy to work with. We had a very good experience with him and would recommend him to others.

Overcharge for repairs. Misleading. My job was a 25 dollar part and 45 dollars worth of labor for 45 min. They charged 439 dollars. Highway robbery !!!! Don't use this plumber.

Bees over-sells and over-states the quality of their service. The technician gave several suggestions each with a quote to address a leak. They repeatedly said this is only an attempt to repair. While they did say I that I didn't have to choose any options, they stood there creating a pressure situation. I picked the tub sealing option since it seemed most straight forward, again with no guarantee of fixing the leak. I asked why a tub caulking would be ~$900, and the technician began to oversell the difficulty of the job and the "high quality" sealant they would use. I approved the quote with that belief, only to see they did the job in 40 minutes and used a caulk that I could have bought in Lowes for $5. I've asked their management for a review and have been stonewalled. I had higher expectations for Bee's Plumbing given the reviews and referrals but left very disappointed. I've attached the caulk, tub caulking and contract from Bee's to show what happened. Would you pay $900 for this?

Do not hire. In 2023, the plumber gave a $1400 verbal bid to replace my recessed ice maker box behind the refrigerator, and when I rejected that, he immediately changed his bid to $700. Then I asked them to look at the hose spigot (bibb) which dripped when on, he proposed breaking into the drywall inside to replace the entire assembly. That's when I asked him to go and regretted paying a $100 for the visit. $2900 bid I said NO. Avoid.

e are very happy with the service we received in the taking out a damaged sink and instilling a replacement. This called for second trip to finish the job because the replacement sink was also damaged and we had to order a replacement. They were very carful and were very skilled in their work. I highly recommend their company.

I had an incident yesterday. Your driver was in the far left lane (carpool) he was on i believe it was on something like Isuzu white cabin box truck I-5 Federal Way area exit 143 iand was driving slower than the rest of the traffic—about six cars behind—and was holding up a large number of cars behind him. I decided to change lanes to the right to pass him, which I did, but when he realized I was going to move in front of him, he suddenly sped up. At that moment, I was in the process of finishing my lane change into the left lane (carpool). Because he had suddenly accelerated, he caught up to me very quickly and barely managed to stop, as traffic ahead had begun to slow down, creating a dangerous situation—he nearly hit my rear bumper for some reason. He started honking at me. Come on… Please have a talk with your driver and explain to him that trucks weighing more than 10,000 lbs are not allowed in the far-left lane (carpool lane); such vehicles are only allowed in the three outermost lanes ( second person is not given him permission to be on a far left lane, carpool).
