My water heater broke so I called Bee’s Plumbing to get it replaced. They were able to have a plumber come out for same day service. Sam provided me an estimate right on site and explained payment options. Both Sam and Michael were very professional, courteous and respectful. They replaced my old heater and took the old one. TD addressed in a very professional manner my concerns about the water heater installed a year ago.

Scheduling should have been more precise. I didn't like waiting around all day for your guys to show up at 3:30pm. Your estimate and and receipt should show what I am paying for like model number, brand of toilet, and labor.

My hydronic heating system had an issue. Josh and his team did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue and fixing the problem. I will definitely hire them ahead.

Luke repaired a leaking faucet in main bathroom. It was a complicated and expensive repair, but technician Luke and apprentice accomplished the jib with a minimum of fuss.

Beware. They are not professional leak detection company but a sales first. They can not give you an estimate on a water line leak detection( that is pretty standard with a nitrogen test). Rather will make you feel that they are coming for free estimate but that is a trap. They quoted me 1800 to detect a leak from water meter to a 200ft long line till my main hose. I said no then they immideatly came down to 1300 and that was a straight no regardless. i get this done for 500$ from a very professional company people called American Leak detect.

Had an outside faucet replaced. The crew was professional, very experienced and through.

We were originally quoted for the bathtub trim to be replaced; however, only the faucets were replaced, and both were missing the decorative collars. The tub filler could not be replaced, and as such I would have expected the bill to be revised to reflect the actual work completed rather than the original estimate. When I reached back out to the technician for clarification, I received no response. Unfortunately, I will likely not use them again.

The service rep, Tear, was great start to finish especially as the finish took longer than originally expected.

I had a hose bibb leaking into my basement. They had a plumber out at my house within 2 hours after I called and found the leak and got a new hose Bibb installed within an hour. My plumber, Jordan, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They had a cut a hole in my wall to access it and were super clean
