They were great to work with. very thorough, double checked everything they did making absolutely sure problem resolved.
I will be calling Bee’s plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future! As a new homeowner, they are exactly the kind of company I want to work with. They were easy to schedule with, came same day, and even waived the dispatch fee. Jorge was our technician and he was so kind and considerate. After getting a lengthy inspection report when we bought the house, I was dreading all the work that needed to be done. Jorge took the time to explain exactly what was needed and the main updates we should consider to keep our house most safe. He did a great job explaining the “why” and what should be prioritized. This is exactly the kind of company I want to work with as a new homeowner - trustworthy and educational. I’m so impressed and so happy I stumbled upon Bee’s!
2 people showed up to service water heater… I got charged over $500 for 30 minutes work. If I wasn’t crunched for time, I would have sent them away. Never again
We called bees for a gas leak from our stove that the fire dept had said we should have checked after we smelled has. Bees waived the call out fee and when they found no leak, didn't charge us anything.
My technician today was Niko who did a great job. He was polite, informative, and listened to my concerns. Would recommend Niko and Bee’s Plumbing to anyone!
We have used Bee's Plumbing for a few years now and are always happy with the experience. Niko was on time, professional, friendly and informational. I could not be happier with their services and people.
Wow. I’m so happy I called Bee’s plumbing! From the initial call to the end of my service I had a great experience. Josh and Marc showed up in a timely manner same-day! I had a plumbing emergency that they handled with speed and professionalism. Both Josh and Marc were friendly and skillful. They listened to what I had to say and went right to work fixing the issue. I am in the construction industry so I know that they had a working knowledge of their trade and the experience to recommend the right solution. The price was fair especially considering that the last plumber completely botched the job and left us with the same issue we started with. My only regret is I didn’t call Bee’s first. I’ll definitely only call them in the future. Thanks!
Good work, quick response, problem solved same day.
Quick clean polite knowledgeable. Replaced a janky hot water heater with a new one in 2hrs.
He was able to get us the best price he could. Was very curtsies and kind and very respectful
Sean was very resourceful and helpful. would recommend. Fair price as well
Sam jr. was it clear, communicator, honest, and open about the situation and did fantastic work?
Excellent company! Isaac and Alan were very professional and knowledgeable. They got the job done right and I would highly recommend them.
Jeff and CJ did a great job fixing a dripping shower faucet given the unique challenges of my condo setup. Straight forward pricing and great work.
Diego is always nice. Everyone we have had over the years has always been outstanding.
Very happy with Bees Plumbing, easily the best we’ve used. Trench and Bryon were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They got the job done quickly and left everything clean and neat. Their work was far more professional than other plumbers we’ve used over the past few years. Customer service was excellent as well which I have to say is rare these days. No wonder Bees Plumbing receives such high reviews. Highly recommended-we will definitely call Bees again for future plumbing services.
The technicians were timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and completed the work quickly. Blake and Noah were great!
TLDR: I unfortunately had a horrible experience with the Bees team, which was then validated by a secondary plumber. Use caution when booking with Bees. I had Pipers come out yesterday, and they were able to resolve all my issues immediately with no fuss - better service, kinder people, lower price. My bathtub and washing machine drain into the same pipe, and it was overflowing when either would run. I called the Bees team to come take a look, and their initial quote for simply snaking was over $700. From the beginning, they continuously told me that I would likely have to repipe the entire area. They did the initial snaking, and told me they kept hitting against something, and tried to convince me that someone had poured concrete down my pipes (and even implied that it had been done by the folks who remodeled my house 3 years ago). They then recommended that we snake through the floor drain, which another plumber later confirmed was an absurd thing for them to do, as it's not connected to the same drains. They charged me another $2300 to pull my toilet and attempt to snake through there. When using the camera, they were "unable to find where things connected" and told me the only solution was to dig in through my driveway, and reset the lines. They repeatedly said "we just dont know what's happening here". When they left, the issue was less dire (I could use my shower for short periods), but I still was not able to use the bathtub or washing machine. They gave me a quote for about $15k to dig through my driveway & replace the lines, plus repipe the area inside the house, and encouraged me to sign on for the work then and there. Spoiler alert: I had a second plumber from Pipers come out yesterday to confirm that Bees was 100% fear mongering. He snaked my pipe, figured out the issue, confirmed there was not concrete in my pipes, and even stayed while my washing machine ran 3 times to make sure everything was draining properly. He was kind, helpful, and apologetic for the service I had received from my previous plumbers at Bees. Sadly, I'm out about $3k for the issues with Bees, but at least I found a new plumber for life at Pipers (and I can now do laundry and take baths again!)
