Water issues can be incredibly overwhelming, but finding Bee’s Plumbing on Yelp was such a relief! Diego came out the same day to troubleshoot our hot water system and returned with his colleague Chris to get things resolved. Both were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. Within a short time, we heard the magic words: “Your hot water is fixed!” A huge thank you to Diego, Chris, Matt, and the entire Bee’s Plumbing team for making a stressful (and chilly!) situation bearable through kindness, patience, and clear communication, qualities that are rare to find these days. You’ve earned our trust and will be our go-to for all future plumbing needs!

Great guys did the job as expected

We called Bee's when we were in a bind, and they got a plumber out quickly. He installed a kitchen faucet we supplied, replaced a tub spout, and replaced a dual-outlet emergency shutoff valve, all in under an hour and a half. The work was clean and everything works. Pricing is where I'd caution others. Bee's uses flat-rate price book pricing, quoted on an iPad before work starts. We paid $475 to install our own faucet, $489 for the tub spout, and $309 for the valve: $1,324 total after a $75 discount. Afterward I asked what their standard rates were, and it took about a week of texts and emails to get an answer. The team that handles texts said they have no access to pricing and kept referring me back to the plumber. When I got an answer, the plumber had discounted both items below the company's price book. The rates themselves are steep for quick jobs. One more thing worth knowing: their invoices include a clause saying customers may not post about the contract or its specifics on review sites. The federal Consumer Review Fairness Act makes clauses like that void in consumer contracts, so I'm sharing my honest experience. Good, fast service if you're in a pinch. If you have time, get a second quote first.

We had two issues, bathroom faucet handle + internal valve (wear and tear + apparent accessibility device according to my growing kid…) and an aging water heater. Our installer, Jacob M. is an asset. He is very efficient, knowledgeable (e.g, quickly responds to my question about how a valve works at a tub faucet), communicative and proactive. Based on my interactions with him, he values positively representing his community (Bee’s) and values serving the greater community through plumbing. Bee’s thanks for valuing a high level of service excellence.

Jacob and Andreas helped guide me through every aspect of replacing my 13 year old tankless water heater. Their work is outstanding, Communication/answering questions was exactly what I'd want. One last note, I'll forever trust Bee's since these guys actually lowered the price from the agreed upon estimate after the work was under way because they discovered some of the expected work wasn't actually required - its so rare to find honest pros - bravo Jacob and Andreas. Edit: Had Josh and Braiden out to replace all my fixtures. They did a fantastic job, the new stuff looks/works great and these guys have confined the exceptional service I've come to expect from Bee's.

The quality of work and attention to detail was amazing. Marco and his apprentice were very nice and professional. They ensured to show and describe what they did each step of the way. They even came back quickly (within 10 minutes of leaving) to resolve an issue that arose.

Our water heater started leaking and we needed a new one immediately. Picked one up from Home Depot. Called a number of different companies-none of which answered the phone. Bees Plumbing and Heating answered the phone immediately and said they could be out the next day. They installed the heated and did a safety inspection of all the water lines (which I did not realize they did) and appreciated it very much. Both Jacob and Alejandro were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up any debris left over and also removed the old water heater. They were very pleasant to talk with. They checked my water pressure coming from street, said it was to high and adjusted it to the correct pressure. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing and heating. :)

Five stars for Bee's Plumbing. Shane the technician was prompt, friendly and exceeded expecations. Pricing was extremely transparent and very fair. I would highly recommend them. If you are looking for a trustworthy plumber who delivers quality results, Bee's Plumbing is an excellent choice.

Bee's plumbing came out to check out a small puddle in my laundry room. They determined that the problem was from the pipe from the was machine to the drain pipe. They said there was a cracked pipe in the cement and that it would be necessary to dig up the concrete. The cost would be $6,500. I thought about it and wondered how they would know a pipe was cracked under the concrete without any scope. I declined their service and contacted another plumbing company. They came out and snaked the pipe from the washing machine and found a clog. That fixed the problem and no more water collecting anywhere. The service cost me $300, which included a camera scope of the main sewer line.

Very pleased - I called to get a quote for a new water heater. It was a Sunday and they had someone to my home in an hour to provide a quote and he was able to do the install in that same visit as well. Everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating. As a single woman something that I appreciated was they texted and emailed me a pic and bio of the technician when he was on the way, so I knew who to expect, and Hayden was great. Overall a very positive experience.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a trade professional!!! We found a leak in our downstairs ceiling and Bee’s had a plumber out within the hour. Diego ran a few tests and quickly identified the issue, provided a quick solution and set us up with water mitigators that were also able to come out in the same day. While he was here he even did a plumbing inspection since we had just bought this home. Thank you so much Diego!! You give plumbers a great name!

Third time using Bee's, second time with Sam. Knowledgeable, professional, down-to-earth...glad to have Bee's in the phone contacts list and glad to know they have guys like Sam.
