Marcos L came in person to my condo to provide an estimate for my main and sink emergency shut-off water valve repairs, and was prompt, polite and very professional. Marcos patiently explained everything, and then he returned personally to do all of the work necessary and brought Chris. They made a great team and it was truly a pleasure having them in my home. Marcos clearly has a lot of experience and expertise, and with Chris expertly assisting did a great job shutting down and restarting the water for the entire building, replacing valves and pipes, and going above and beyond making extra sure any needs I had were taken care of. Marcos tool great care to only cut tiny holes big enough for the new pipes so i don't even have to hire a drywall repairman to patch them. And they cleaned up the entire working area and left it clean and tidy. I would definitely hire Bee's Plumbing again. My last experience with them was excellent as well. I hope Marcos is available next time I need a plumber. I can't wait to do my laundry today and it is wonderful to know my plumbing is safe and secure for my daily needs. No more worry about flooding or leaks! Thanks Marcos L and Chris
Blake was very helpful, personable, professional, and informative.
Marcos arrived early, was great to have work on our issue. Knowledgeable and very good. I would hire Marcos again. Bees: I’m not sure. There was a weird issue on pricing as the original estimate was over 2x the final price. Then he talked to his manager and landed at a final quote. It was not itemized. I prefer always with home repairs and contracting to get multiple quotes and compare them itemized side by side. This was a small project so we didn’t bother with all that. But it was concerning that the price magically was reduced by over 50%. We had a faucet repaired and two drains replaced.
This Bee STINGS! Our garbage disposal went out and we bought a new one from Costco (plug in). My husband thought he could fix it easily. One of the plumbing pipes cracked and so he decided he'd call a plumber to install a new plastic pipe. They screwed in a new plastic pipe (only part necessary) as we supplied the new disposal - and one hour later they left charging us over $900 (who makes over $800 per hour)????? I looked online and saw that most journeymen make between $100 - 125 per hour! What a gouge!
We had Bee's Plumbing come out to check on our toilet that was slowly draining due to something that must have gotten accidentally flushed down. Our repair person, Diego, was very professional, listened carefully to our situation, and our guess as to what had gone down unintentionally. We came to an agreement about how to approach the repair after hearing all the options--ultimately choosing the one that would result in the highest success rate-- requiring taking the toilet up, clearing it, and then resealing it. Diego completed the job relatively quickly, professionally, and cleaned up everything well, leaving no mess. He was polite, attentive, and personable. We are thankful to get this fixed before we have a house full of guests later this week.
Trent and Bryson were fantastic
Wonderful, quick, professional service. Best plumbers I’ve ever used.
Isaac did a great job of explaining to me. My options did not try to force any services on me and completed it in the time that he said he would.. He was very courteous explain things to me that I didn’t understand about the plumbing system, and I will be recommending him and using him as I go forward. He did a great job.
Grateful to get out of an emergency with professionalism and speed.
Our garbage disposal stopped working and we found a small pool of water in under the sink cabinet that was causing the switch to short. We were set to fly to Japan the next day and didn't want to leave the leak unattended to, so I called Bee's and they were able to send someone out that day. Doc was able to diagnose that our Instant Hot water tank was leaking-- and that it was unfortunately out of warranty. He presented us with no-pressure options for new and refurbished models, and then uninstalled our tank to mitigate the leak until we were ready to move forward with a replacement. Fast forward to this summer, when we found yet another leak under the sink... Called Bee's, they sent someone out again the next day (and on a Sunday afternoon!), and I open the door to see Doc again : ) Turns out that our p-trap had simply become a bit lose *smacks head*... Doc was patient in showing my husband what the issue was, and despite it being a (very) simple thing to fix, he checked and then double/triple checked to make sure that the work was done correctly. Thank you Doc, for your professionalism, your exemplary customer service, and your kindness! While we hope we don't have to call you or Bee's Plumbing again anytime soon, we are always glad to have you over to our home.
Friday night. Guess what? Household tankless water heater stops working. Stops cold....literally! Now it's getting a plumber on the weekend. Geez. I've got all the luck! Texted a previous plumber I liked but by Saturday mid-morning no answer. Started looking at the manufacturer authorized service providers that "do weekends". Settled on trying Bee's Plumbing. Called. Got a super helpful and kind dispatcher (Jasmine). Her message: we're here to help you. Requested a service call. Service technician (Josh P.) showed up at noon. Diagnosed and fixed issue with my 16+ year-old water heating unit in a half-hour or less. Oh, and by the way, did I mention that Jasmine (and Josh) assured me the home visit was free?! 'Tis true. My conclusions: -->Bee's Plumbing and Heating hires top-notch staff starting with customer-facing dispatchers and in-home repair personnel. -->Bee's Plumbing and Heating hires and retains highly skilled and knowledgeable in-home repair personnel (Josh P.) -->Bee's Plumbing and Heating hires and retains personnel who have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Jasmine and Josh P.) -->Bee's Plumbing and Heating will not only repair your issue but will stand by their workmanship and offer excellent customer service. I did end up deciding to buy a new unit to replace my 16+ year-old unit. Josh was there to answer every single detailed question I posed and I asked a lot of 'em. He was patient, thorough, a great listener.....all the time interested in the best solution for this house looking forward. Did he make a sale on this visit, you may ask? Well, yes, he did. But he gave me time during his visit for me to think it over, and I've spent much more time since the appointment thinking it over, and it was the right decision. And contacting Bee's Plumbing and Heating....that was absolutely the right decision! Thank you Jasmine, Josh, and BPH!!!
I was charged $25,000 for a PEX repipe. This is what Chat GPT stated: "For a 3,000 sq. ft. house, I'd use a planning budget of roughly $12,000-$25,000 for a complete water-supply repipe. Current 2026 estimates specifically for a 3,000-sq.-ft. home put PEX around $12,500-$19,500 and copper around $19,500-$26,000. homeworthha.com +1 In Washington, labor tends to push costs upward, especially around the Seattle/Puget Sound area. Accessibility matters enormously: a house with a crawlspace and easy vertical access can be substantially cheaper than a multistory house where a plumber has to open a lot of finished walls." I let them know I was not happy and asked: "If I am paying for the upper end prices, shouldn't I get upper end service. I will be amazed if your team is done tomorrow. I think you need to send additional help. These two young men have been working their a##es off and no one helping. The supervisor who has only stood outside the house and not lifted a finger to help or get help is the problem." The floors were not protected until after I asked even though it was in the estimate that they would put down drop clothes to protect the floors. They put down only black plastic on top of the mess that was already there. Still today, I have not heard back from the supervisor or owner. They did clean the garage and some of the upstairs that never received any protection. I am glad I do not have any carpeting in the house. Otherwise, the carpet could have needed replacing. Once
Diego was great — friendly and honest. Bee's was able to get someone out to us within a few days for a handful of repairs and got everything resolved!
Exceptional work.
Job well done, thanks Doc!
I had Bee's come by to quote/do a drain snake and got a shockingly high series of quotes raging from $591 to $2,700. I declined that nonsense immediately and sent them on their way. I then had another plumber do the work for under $100 (and they were exceptional). Now, days later, Bee's is sending me all of these quotes as invoices, each saying "Please find your invoice [various numbers, redacted] from Bee's Plumbing and Heating attached below! For your convenience, you can now make a payment by clicking the link below!" That's shady as hell. Asking to be paid several times for work you didn't do speaks volumes to the way these people operate. Avoid Bee's like the plague.
Awesome service! Fast, efficient and professional. Highly recommend!!
We had some plumbing issues and Bee's showed up very promptly and did a great job. The two plumbers, Noah and Sam Sr. were the nicest guys and really went above and beyond. I highly recommend this small business!
