Bought a new home, boiler system was serviced by Bee’s plumbing shortly before closing. Boiler system wasn’t working after close and they refused to come and check into the issue without charging $400. “There’s no warranty for maintenance” and they refuse stand by their own work.

3rd time working with Bee’s Plumbing - this time we had a garbage disposal leak. First time working with Eddie. He was very personable and came out to do the assessment/estimate originally but decided to complete the job himself since it was quick - he only took him 30min to replace it! Very grateful for that.

Andrey was great! He arrived on time and was knowledgeable on the wster heating that needed any services/repairs. Given I hadn't done proper maintenance of my water heatjng systems for quite a number lf years, Andrey was able to give me a few optiond snd some options and suggestions that he had. But what I appreciated was him being transparent abouy the systems needs and at no point did he pressure me into signing up to do anything I was not fully on board with. He ended up providing me spme options that even saved me some money overall! There was also very minimal supervision required as he was very proficient with his work and could worl well very indepently. I appareciate him spending extra time at my place last minute with such last minute notice and was glad I really got what I wanted done, if not more! Diego was a good dude to have work around the plumbing. I just think for snaking the toilet and doing some test the cost was a bit to much. But I had to have it done!

Sam and Anthony did a great job in their search for a stubborn leak that was haunting me for weeks. Once identified, the fix was done with care and professionalism to ensure the needed repair and supplemental new valve installation were completed. Thanks to Sam and Anthony for a job well done

The plumber who came out to our house, Diego, was really great. Took the time to really explain the problem to us and fixed it quick! He then cleaned up and it was like he was never there, and this is after our toilet flooded the bathroom.

Josh and Michael were personable and very professional. They thoroughly examined the shower drain and piping in order to determine where the slow leak was coming from. They could not locate a source of the leak. They then offered a reasonable plan moving forward. When the source of the leak is located I have every confidence they will fix it.

The technician who supervised this complicated, expensive and time consuming job was incredibly skilled, organized, professional and personable. He did much of the difficult work himself. When additional teams were needed, he coordinated everyone so that the work was done when promised. He went above and beyond to be helpful. I am happy to recommend him.

Josh was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. While servicing my furnace he noticed a dangerous plumbing issue which he was able to address 2 days later.
